NEW YORK, February 7, 2006 -- eMeta Corporation, the leading provider of access control, subscription management and ecommerce software for digital goods and services, today announced that eMeta Vice President Chris Miranda will speak to “SaaS Lessons Learned” on Friday, March 3rd from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pacific at the OpSource SaaS Summit 2006. The Summit is taking place March 1st through 3rd at Silverado Resort in Napa, California.

The panel will address the necessary access control and ecommerce parameters – from billing and payment concerns to user authentication – for SaaS providers to be successful. Also participating are Jeff Kaplan, Managing Director, THINKstrategies as moderator; Steve Wagner, General Manager and SVP, Optimal On-Demand - OpSource; and Heatherly Bucher, Director of Customer Care and OnDemand Solutions, SME Business Solutions Division – Agile Software.

“We’re excited to support OpSource, a leading SaaS enabler and eMeta partner, at its inaugural conference,” said Miranda. “The SaaS Summit is a first-of-its-kind event, and will provide a much-needed forum for SaaS players to discuss current challenges and future opportunities. I’m looking forward to sharing a unique perspective, as eMeta provides software that enables SaaS commerce – from licensing and billing, to promotion and customer care – and is committed to helping ISVs deliver SaaS.”

The two-day SaaS Summit, hosted by OpSource, the SaaS experts, will bring together ISVs, technology partners, industry press and analysts, as well as venture capitalists to discuss the future of SaaS, to share successes, and to foster opportunities for partnering among members of the SaaS ecosystem.

“eMeta is a key resource for SaaS providers,” said Treb Ryan, CEO, OpSource. “Their eRights Suite reduces deployment time, and provides critical access control and ecommerce infrastructure for ISVs adopting online delivery, helping them go to market. Chris will provide an overview of how eMeta technology can aid SaaS providers in this and other areas.”

The standard registration fee is $295. For more information, please visit www.opsource.net/saas/summit2006.
